Can I download the spreadsheets right now?

Yes - when you purchase one or more spreadsheets, you will immediately receive an email confirming your order. This email will contain links to our website permitting you to download the spreadsheet(s) you just purchased.

Can I purchase offline via fax?

To ensure complete security of your credit card information, our credit card transaction processor requires that you enter your credit card information personally, rather than faxing it to us.

Please be assured that it is safe and secure to conduct your transactions online.

Do we accept personal or company checks?

For customers wishing to purchase using personal or company checks, we do accept checks drawn on a US bank account, and we will email the spreadsheets to you upon receipt of your check.

While we do offer sale prices for our spreadsheets when purchased online via the website, unfortunately when we conduct the transaction manually, we won't be able to offer the sale price.

However, we are offering a "four for the price of three" deal. Buy any three spreadsheets at regular prices and get a fourth free.

In which version of MS Excel are the spreadsheets created?

Our spreadsheet products are compatible with all MS Excel Versions as old as Office 95. Newer versions of Excel will read the spreadsheets without any problem.

Which fonts do the spreadsheets use?

The spreadsheets use both the Arial TrueType Font and the Symbol TrueType Font. These two fonts must be installed on your computer in order for the mathematical and Greek characters to appear properly.
